Give each fieldwork role a clear job.
Register interviewer candidates and the relevant information and agreements for your organisation. Assign active interviewers a study, region, method and interview target. Interviewer, supervisor and field manager roles support different field tasks.
The dashboard brings together session timing, interview counts, refusals, partial responses and quota progress. These records help the field manager identify sessions that need review.
Review quality signals without treating them as proof.
The dashboard calculates a quality score from session records and highlights patterns for review. A short session with many declared interviews, for example, calls for a closer look; it does not establish misconduct.
The quality score is calculated while the dashboard is open. It is not stored as a permanent quality record. Session-record warnings are separate from this temporary dashboard calculation.
Nuvopoll does not track interviewer location and does not accept GPS data in fieldwork records. It does not currently provide a telephone interviewing (CATI) service.
Give the participant space to answer.
An interviewer can present a participant-specific QR code so the participant answers on their own phone. The interviewer does not see those answers. This can help when a question is sensitive or a participant prefers to respond in their own language.
In studies that do not collect identifying information, the participant’s answers are not linked to the interviewer’s identity. Interviewer work credits are calculated separately. This arrangement should be understood alongside the study’s data collection mode.
Reconcile work records with the project’s real costs.
Interviewer work credits and the CSV work record help you calculate fieldwork costs using the unit rates you agreed. Match the record to contracts and actual expense documents.
Nuvopoll is not project accounting software that independently calculates contract amounts, travel expenses or final payments. The organisation still approves those figures and the underlying documents.
